That gurgling noise you’ve been hearing is the sound of President Donald Trump draining the swamp in Washington, D.C.
CNN just reported four key Democratic players in the U.S. State Department who were behind the Benghazi coverup have been fired.
With little fanfare, termination letters were sent from the White House to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton cronies Patrick Kennedy, who served nine years as Undersecretary for Management, Assistant Secretaries for Administration and Consulor Affairs Joyce Anne Barr and Lydia Muniz, and Ambassador Gentry Smith.
The latest shakeup involving Washington insiders has Republicans rejoicing and Democrats seething. This is how it’s all going down from now on under this pro-America administration. All that was evil and corrupt under the Obama regime will be quietly swept away and replaced with new blood.
Don’t forget, Kennedy was the go-to guy for security divisions leading up to the Sept. 11, 2012 Benghazi embassy attack in Libya that killed four American diplomats and CIA operatives. The attack was conducted with assault rifles, grenades and mortars. Investigators traced the perpetrators to the Islamic militant group Ansar al-Sharia.
After two years of investigation, hearings and interviews with government officials, the House Benghazi Committee concluded in an 800-page report that Secretary Clinton knew there were security problems at Benghazi, but did nothing to protect Americans embedded there.
Kennedy and his associates later covered for Hillary in her email scandal hoping to shield her presidential campaign from public scrutiny.
By getting rid of these four Obamanables, President Trump has done an enormous service for the American people. But will he make good on his promise to investigate Hillary and prosecute if there is just cause?
“She should be in jail,” Trump said during the first presidential debate, which gives us hope there will be one less swamp monster lurking in the nation’s capitol before this president’s time is done.
Please share this post if you believe Trump was right in firing these four State Department officials.
