‘This country needs my father now more than ever,’ says McCain’s daughter

Sen. John McCain will come back to Washington one week from now following the finish of the Senate’s four-week break, amid which he experienced chemotherapy and radiation medications at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix for a forceful type of mind growth.

“Representative McCain will come back to the U.S. Senate one week from now as Congress starts another authoritative session and anticipates proceeding with his work for the general population of Arizona and the country,” the Republican legislator’s office said in an announcement Wednesday.

McCain, the director of the Senate Armed Services Committee, is required to lead banter on a protection strategy charge.

Following the declaration of McCain’s arrival, little girl Meghan tweeted, “This nation needs my dad now like never before.”

McCain commended his 81st birthday on Tuesday, tweeting, “Thank you for all the birthday messages! It’s been superb celebrating with family in #Arizona doing the things we cherish most.”

On Aug. 18, Meghan reported that her dad finished his initially round of treatment, tweeting, “My dad finished first round radiation/chemo. His flexibility and quality is mind boggling. Battle goes ahead, here’s to little wins.” Later that day, McCain tweeted a photograph with the staff at the Mayo Clinic.

While in Arizona, McCain has invested a ton of energy climbing with his family. What’s more, on Aug. 19, McCain tweeted a photograph of Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C. also, previous Sen. Joe Lieberman, I-Conn. – already named “The Three Amigos” by resigned general David Petraeus – in Arizona’s Oak Creek Canyon, where they went climbing and swam in water.
